The North Carolina Black Repertory Company will showcase the best talent in this region in a major talent competition. A Marvtastic Talent Showcase Competition will be held in June. TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW! To compete for cash prizes and a chance to perform at the 2013 National Black Theatre Festival, please call the NCBRC office (336-723-2266) to schedule an audition. Auditions will be held on May 8, May 9, May 22 and May 23 at our office at 610 Coliseum Drive, Winston-Salem. This is your chance to be on stage and show the world that you have talent. The competition is open to all ages with performance in drama, music, dance or all three. The talent categories are R&B/Pop/Jazz, Hip-Hop/Spoken Word and Gospel/Opera. Oh, the WINNER will bring home a COOL $500 CASH!

NCBRC, in conjuntion with Kimberly Park elementary school and Counselor Durotoye, worked together to give a well deserving family a nice thanksgiving meal. The recepient was Alberta Medina Rodriguez, and her son Edwin. Ms. Rodriquez has a 12 and 13 year old as well.
